The combination key lockbox brings peace of mind, because you control access to your home. You can keep your door locked 24 hours a day and still allow your family, friends and emergency personnel to come in and help you.

Installation: Choose the hanging lockbox, which loops securely over your door knob OR the mounted lockbox, which screws into a surface next to your door. (Even the four screws to secure the box are supplied.)

No need for multiple keys. All you need is one extra key, stored safely inside the lockbox. No more concern about losing track of multiple keys. In an emergency, the Central operator will give the combination to your local police and fire personnel so they can gain quick, safe entry to your home without breaking down your door.

 Q: What geographic areas does the Consumer MedHelp personal emergency response program cover?
 A: Our program can protect anyone in the United States. All you need is a modular phone jack and a power outlet.

 Q: How quickly can I get a system in place?
 A: Consumer MedHelp will ship a Personal Emergency Response System within 24 to 48 hours of an order being placed (Excludes weekends and holidays.) Equipment is shipped via U.S. Priority Mail for a standard fee of $20.00. The equipment arrives to you pre-programmed and ready to use. Installation is quick and simple.
 
 Q:  How do I sign up for service?
 A: Call Consumer MedHelp at 1-877-248-2331. We will e-mail, fax or mail the Customer Activation Forms to you. Once the completed forms are received, the equipment is promptly shipped to you ready for service.
 
 Q:  How do you bill for services? Can you invoice someone else besides the protected person?
 A: You decide whether you wish to be billed quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You may arrange for the bill to be sent to another person (i.e. son in California pays for mom's service in Iowa). Also, invoices can be sent to trust departments, banks or payment services. Credit cards are welcome.
 
Q:  Can I change or update information (such as contacts to be called) after a system is set-up?
 A: Yes, anytime, and as many times as needed, at no charge!! We do request that all information updates be provided in writing to Consumer MedHelp either by fax or mail.
 
 Q: What type of "help" buttons are available?
 A: Consumer MedHelp provides the AlertOne® waterproof necklace or wristband transmitter. An extra transmitter may be provided upon request.
 
 Q: Can more than one person be protected at a location? How much extra will it cost?
 A: Yes, Consumer MedHelp can provide protection for spouses or housemates at the same address. The discounted monitoring service fee available through Consumer MedHelp is still only $24.95 a month.
 
 Q: Who provides maintenance or repair if it is needed? Who pays?
 A: All monitoring equipment is thoroughly tested and inspected before being sent to the customer. Should you have any operational concerns, simply contact us. Consumer MedHelp is responsible for all service, repair, and battery replacements No extra charges, no annual maintenance fees, no extra anything!!
 
 Q: How will Emergency Personnel gain access to my home if my front door is locked?
 A: Consumer MedHelp can provide you with a key lockbox in which you can place a key to your door. The key lockbox is a secure unit that easily attaches to your home. Local emergency personnel are given the combination to the key lockbox when you call for help so that they can quickly access a key to your home. You can also give the lockbox combination to trusted friends and family members so that they can readily access a key to your home when necessary.
