| What if I'm not satisfied? |
All defective products will be accepted by Consumer MedHelp for credit or exchange, at Consumer MedHelp's discretion within 30 days of the invoice. Of course, defective products will be replaced or repaired, according to the manufacturer's warranty. Most non-defective products can be returned for credit or exchange. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Consumer MedHelp. NO returns will be accepted without an RA number. When calling to obtain a Return Authorization, please have the following information available: (1) customer name, (2) invoice number, and (3) the reason for return. All returned products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include all original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. (No re-stocking charge when you return the undamaged product within 30 days.) Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, pillows, mattresses, impotence aids, etc. may not be returned due to hygeine issues. Consumer MedHelp reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Any returns accepted after 30 days will result in a credit toward future purchases. |
