How Secure Commerce Shopping Works on This Site

• Click to place a selected item in your Shopping Cart.
  
• A message appears, telling you that you are accessing a secure document. That message is your proof that this site features "secure commerce." No outsider can access the information you provide.
  
• After a moment's delay, you are transferred to the Shopping Cart form.
  
• The item you have selected, and the current total, appear on the screen.
  
• If you selected the wrong item, you can delete it by typing "0" in the quantity box. Click "Return to Shopping" at the bottom of the screen to make your selection again.
  
• As you choose additional items, the shopping form displays each product in your cart and shows the changing total.
  
• When you have finished shopping, go to "Complete Order" and enter your address and payment information.

The order form automatically calculates your total. You'll receive e-mail confirmation of your processed order. You have finished shopping without leaving your computer.

Save! Take 10% off your merchandise total when you order five or more items at the same time. This discount applies to all items for sale on this site and is automatically calculated by our Shopping Cart.

Place an internet order or call us by noon, Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday. We'll place your order the same day. (Afternoon orders are scheduled for shipment the next day.)
A UPS ground shipment from the warehouse nearest you usually arrives the following business day.
EXCEPTIONS
	Kidney Helper products, Biofreeze, and therapeutic hand cream may take as long as a week. (They're shipped from a different source.)
	If a homecare product is not available in the warehouse closest to you, your delivery may take 2-5 days. (We ship from ten warehouses, in different U. S. regions.)
	Special Order items must come from the manufacturer. Delays of 1-3 weeks are common.
